WJOB
We've been doing the same thing for 103 years, which is broadcast news, sports, talk. Region people and businesses like yours trust that we will continue to do so on am 1230 and 104.7 FM in whatever form that emerges... and that we will do in the spirit of "the Voice of the Region."
Where we go, you go
Most local media has been in decline. At WJOB, we didn't just adapt to the digital shift—we built our foundation around it. Students from Purdue, IU and Calumet College built a streaming app (Heartland), the WJOB podcast network on Apple/Spotify, YouTube and TuneIn channels and more. We will soon introduce AI cameras and a WJOB app.
It all adds up to that your brand comes with our brand, wherever we go
Trust and Tradition
We've been here through it all - the Depression, civil rights movement, flood of 2008. Region people trust that WJOB will report independently on what happens here and vet our projects with open talk and phone calls. Brands like yours are tiring of the cost and noise of social media. You're looking for to plug into trust and tradition, which happens every time your ad plays on WJOB.
